Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees and their immediate families of Terry’s Chocolate, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

The promotion is limited to one entry per person per day (where ‘a person’ is determined by a combination of a unique email address and mobile number). Max 1 prize per level, per person. For the avoidance of doubt, a person is defined by email, mobile number, barcode and batch code.

Promotional Period: To enter the Promotion you must enter between 00:00 BST 25th May 2026 and 23:59 BST 30th August 2026. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion. Prize draw for Level 1 prize 4th September 2026.

How to enter: Scan the QR code from communications/posters and enter your details including first name, last name, email address, mobile number, barcode, batch code, select which retailer you would like your digital eVoucher for in the event you win and country of residence to find out online instantly on screen if you have won one of the Level 2 or Level 3 prizes as detailed in clause 8 below and claim your prize. All valid entrants will also be entered into the prize draw for a chance to win the Level 1 prize. In the event that the site is experiencing heightened suspicious activity, additional verification measures will be introduced. This may include SMS one-time pass code and other measures.

There are 2,081 prizes available to be won in total. One prize (Level 1) will be awarded via a prize draw on the 4th September 2026. Plus 2,080 prizes available to be won via open winning moments but may not all be claimed.
- Level 1 Prize is 1 x £10,000 cash prize.
- Level 2 Prize is 79 X £50 Reward Choice eVouchers prizes available to be won via predetermined open winning moments.
- Level 3 Prize: 2,001 eVouchers up to the maximum value of £3.00 to redeem against any Terry’s Chocolate product available to be won via predetermined open winning moments.

The Level 1 prize draw winner will be electronically drawn at random from all valid entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. An appropriate number of reserves will be drawn at the same time as the winner. The winner will be notified by phone within 7 days of the Prize Draw date. A maximum of five reserve winners for the Level 1 prize will be contacted if the Prize remains unclaimed after 7 days.

The £10,000 cash prize will be paid into a valid bank account by bank transfer to the account details supplied by the winner upon claiming their prize. The winner’s bank transfer will only be made payable to the person’s name that appears on the online registration form and to a valid UK bank account. The bank transfer will be made within 14 days of a winner claim and the payment will be administrated by Umbrella Risk Management Limited.

The Level 2 & 3 winners will be selected randomly via predetermined winning moments (hours, minutes, seconds) throughout the promotional period. The first entrant to enter their details or make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a Winning Moment will be awarded a prize. Prizes are distributed in the order determined by the winning moments. If no one makes a valid entry on or after a winning moment and another winning moment passes before the next valid entry, the Prize from the first winning moment will be won first by the next valid entry, and the Prizes will continue to be won in order until all Prizes have been awarded. E.g. if a winning moment is set for 23:59 one day, an entry submitted on 00:01 the next day will capture that winning moment and will be allocated the Prize for that winning moment. If there are no entries received within a given period between two or more winning moments, the first unallocated Prize will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant.

Level 2 & 3 winners will find out online instantly on screen if they have won. Winners will be required to respond to a text message win notification within 7 days by clicking on the link to claim or to activate and redeem their eVoucher prize. Winners that do not respond to the winners’ text win notification to claim their prize will forfeit their prize.

Level 2 Reward Choice £50 eVoucher:
- To redeem the eVoucher, the winner must click the link provided in the SMS/text message and select “Activate”. Once activated, the Reward Choice will be displayed and the winner may choose how to spend the £50 eVoucher from the list of available brands. The eVoucher must not be used once expired.
- Prize entitles the winner to £50 off purchases with any of the participating brands available at the time of redemption.
- Winner may choose to redeem the £50 eVoucher with one brand or across multiple brands, up to a maximum total value of £50.
- Any spend in excess of the £50 value must be paid by the winner using an alternative payment method.
- If any balance remains unspent, the winner may return to the original SMS link at any time within 3 months from receipt of the SMS to access and use the remaining eVoucher balance.

Level 3 claimants must redeem their eVoucher in their chosen store between 25/05/26 and 14/09/26. eVouchers cannot be redeemed in petrol stations or online. Winners will receive a confirmation text with a unique link to download their eVoucher on their smartphone within 7 calendar days of their win. It is the responsibility of the claimant to supply the correct mobile number. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of a prize caused by the provision of wrong information or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control. Consumers must ensure that they are connected to the internet before accessing the text link as the eVoucher will automatically appear once activated, the claimant will have 30 minutes to use the eVoucher to be redeemed therefore it is recommended to only activate their eVoucher once in store at the tillpoint. Text links are unique and can only be accessed once. The eVoucher is subject to its own terms and conditions. eVouchers are redeemable in store only and at participating retailers; ASDA, Morrisons (excluding Morrisons Daily), Sainsbury’s, and Tesco. eVouchers are limited to one activation per mobile number. If the winner does not respond to the text win notification to claim their eVoucher within 7 days to claim, then they forfeit their prize. No paper coupons will be issued.

If a Level 2 & 3 Prize is declined, or a winner is disqualified following notification that they have won, that level 2 or 3 winner will be forfeited.

Winners must use their legal name when entering and claiming a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any winner who uses multiple names, email addresses or phone numbers and require them to return any prize they may have won. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of all entrants. The Promoter will require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

The surnames and counties of Level 1 and Level 2 prizes shall be available upon request by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Terry’s Chocolate (8663)’ PO Box 906, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR by no later than 30th November 2026. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a winner his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the following email address: hello@winwithterryschocolate.co.uk. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter’s appointed agency may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of participation or prize acceptance.

The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.

The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion.

If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened the Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner(s).

Where the Winner(s) has been found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or prize winner in question.

The Promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to any prize provided. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or prize winner in connection with or arising out of this Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing in these terms shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third-party provider(s).

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

The Promoter will collect and process certain personal information from entrants which, by taking part in the promotion, the entrants’ consent to. Subject to clause 18. The Promoter will only use the personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and, if your consent is obtained, to send you emails containing news and offers from Terry’s Chocolate and for no other purpose, unless the Promoter obtains your consent. However, personal data supplied during the course of the promotion may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the promotion.
